This is a pretty pointless weekend, with mostly just a bunch of crud… but… BUT!!! there is one movie that makes everything alright… THERE IS ONE ACTRESS WHO MAKES THE WHOLE WORLD SING!

OH… excitement… Finally a decent cinematic follow up to one of my favorite movies of all time, and hopefully it is as good!

This is a movie about a prisoner who is part of a game where the ultimate prize is LIFE and the ultimate punishment for losing is DEATH!!!! Wow, did we all of a sudden go back to the 70′s and 80′s action era? OH, it is slightly different because he is actually controlled as if he was a video game character… it is great that we are having a 12 year old actually control a human being on the battle field. AWESOME PLOT!

This has crap written all over it…
If you want to see an interesting flick about real life video games check out the David Cronenberg movie eXistenZ… NOW THAT WAS GOOD.

OH MY GOODNESS… she is so hot. There is only one official celebrity crush in my world and her name is Mila Kunis!!! This movie and her being in this movie is the only reason why this weekend has a sunny outlook. OTHER THAN THAT, this weekend is a disastrous exhibition of movies. So this flick is definitely going to be great… Enough said about this flick.

Whether or NOT?!: YES!
This is a flick written and directed by the one and only Mike Judge and it looks like he finally has made a movie that is worthy of being in the same filmography as one of my favorites… Office Space. This movie looks fantastic, and has a great cast of perfectly utilized stars.

I refuse to watch the trailer.
So you tell me if it looks good.
Mostly it looks like a small thriller that more than likely shot before Chris Pine did Star Trek.

To be honest this movie could be good, but I just can’t be bothered with it.

Now that Sandra Bullock kicked Sex & The City’s ass with her movie The Proposal^[1] she kinda has clout, albeit very very very quiet clout. No one really knew that The Proposal did great business at the box office, and now she is back with another moderately pointless RomCom that starts out with the couple having major issues, and eventually… they will end up together! Remember I haven’t scene it… this is just what is going to happen.

This is a standard crap RomCom that no one should see. There will more than likely be a few decent laughs because there is such a great cast around Sandra, but in reality no amount of good acting will be able to save a movie that just looks abysmal. So please avoid…
